The purpose of the Czechoslovak Genealogical Society International is:

1. to create an interest in our ancestry and heritage;
   
   
2. to collect and publish genealogical, cultural, and historical research materials and information;
   
   
3. to provide a forum for sharing information and ideas;
   
   
4. to provide a variety of programs, services, and speakers to inform and assist members;
   
   
5. to provide a means of purchasing publications and research materials not commonly available;
