Blaha in Stare Mesto, Moravia

My grandfather, Josef Blaha, was from Stare Mesto, Moravia and immigrated to the US in 1903. There are however several towns named Stare Mesto in Moravia. Any suggestions on how to access 1900 census data for these towns to look for a Joseph Blaha born in 1878 so i can confirm which one my grandfather was born in? many thanks
