Czech and Ancestor Search

I am a fairly new member searching for my genealogy. Names searching for are: ‘James’ Eskra DOB 1851 & ‘Rosalia’ Kral (both are Czech, Austria, Bohemia), Otto Raschick DOB 1875 (Germany). Unable to find them on Ellis passenger lists. Also trying to find what City Eskra was from.

I would appreciate hearing from anyone searching for their Czech ancestors from 1800s.
