Families Molitoris and Birossek

Just had DNA tested because grandmother did not know who her father was. Her mother was Rosalia Birossek. I tested twice and both times it came back I am part Ashkenazi Jewish. Is there anyone who has insight to Jewish population in Niedzica or surrounding villages.
