Description

Anna Kroc McManus was my grandmother who immigrated about 1888. I am trying to determine from which village in Bohemia she came. She entered through Baltimore with a friend when both were about 16. Initially they went to Kansas, then Anna settled in a Czech village in Wilber, NE. Any info would be helpful

The Wilber Republican newspaper is now digitized. Search with quotes around names. i.e. "Anna McManus" or "Anna Kroc" or "Herman McManus" or "Mrs. McManus", etc.

The Wilber Republican newspaper is now digitized, covering 1887-12/31/2020. Search names with quotes around them, as "Anna McManus" or "Herman McManus" or "Anna Kroc" or just the surname.
