Kutis

Looking for any information on GG Frantisek (Frank) Kutis who immigrated to Cleveland, Ohio appx 1870’s.
I know he was from Krizanov near Milevsko Bohemia.
He came with Wife Marie (Vachout) abd 2yr old Barbara.
B 1845 and D 1889.
Buried St. Joseph Cem Cleveland.
Looking for death certificate. Checked Cem and Catholic churches with no success.
Found tombstone in “find a Grave” but no more info.
Help if you can.
