Pavlina, Scsurik, Kumek, Cloga, Ostrak from Zacopcse

Looking for information on Joseph and John Pavlina from Zacopcse. They came to the United States between the late 1800’s and the early 1900’s. John first went to Jeanette, Pa. where Joseph joined him. They then went to Glassmere, Pa and then on to Ekastown, Pa. which later became known as Sarver, Pa. Joseph married Vincentia Kumek, I think that her mother’s maiden name was Cloga. I think that John and Joseph had a brother Peter as there is a Peter Pavlina listed as a witness on Joseph’s marriage certificate. Also their parents were listed as being Gregas Pavlina and Annie Ostrak on Joseph’s death certificate that was filled out by his sister in law Rose (Gregus) Pavlina.
