Description

I am interested in beginning a genealogy research and don’t know where to start. I accessed Ellis Island and could find no record of my family name. I don’t know where in Czechoslovakia my Grandparents came from. Is there hope of my being able to research them without this information? I am considering using a genealogy service. Is this a good place to start?
