Surname Kaplan or Jenista in SE Bohemia

I am trying to piece together from U.S. census data where my great great grandmother is from. Her maiden name was Jenista, married name Kaplan and she was from S.E. Bohemia and mother and father were from Okratz or Okraty or Okraty Au. Need help with deciphering what town/village this might be. Thanks in advance. Judy Pasch
