Surname Udey

I have been researching for over a year to locate any information on my great grandfather. Here is what I know via ancestry. His name is listed as Anton T Udey on census records from US. His birth year is listed as 1868, Country of birth listed as “Austria “ as are his parents, native language Slovak, he became a naturalized citizen of US in 1888. He is on census records in Arkansas USA 1920-1940. He was married to Estelle Lytle. They had 3 children, Rudolf, William, and Helen. I have no information on him prior to arriving in the US, and no parents or siblings names. The spelling of his last name had been listed as “Udey” or U Dey” I can find no information on this surname. Does anyone know anything? Thanks
