surnames: Lacina and Koblasse (assa?)

my great grandparents immigrated from Bohemia (possibly Beroun) in the 1870’. I have minimal info. on the Lacina side. I know they settled in the Iowa City area (West Liberty and Sell?). However I have basically no info. on the Koblasse side. I would especially appreciate info. on the Koblasse (assa) side.
The original Lacina immigrants were Frank and Catherine Lacina.
