Toder family

I’m looking for information on the family of Thomas Toder who was supposedly born 17 Dec 1860 in what was then Schäferei and now called Ovčárna in the Czech Republic. His 1889 Paris marriage certificate states that his parents were Mathias Toder and Thésèse Schwab. Thomas is my great-grandfather and my major brick wall. I would be eternally grateful if anyone could help me.
