Researching Kliner and Hlava from Bohemia

My ancestor Ignac Kliner was born in Bohemia in 1832, married Anna Hlava, daughter of JOSEPH HVALA and MARIE, in 1864. Anna was born in 1844. Both of them died in Chicago. They came over to the US aboard the Duetchland in the 1870’s. Ignac’s father was Vuclav, I’m not sure what region they lived in, I only have Ignac’s birthdate and his siblings birthdates. Hoping to find more information on Ignac’s parents, region and family history. Any help is greatly appreciated.
