Quite a few of the vital records for Prague are on line. The link to the Prague City Archives is http://www.ahmp.cz/. There are also some census records there that are searchable and are very helpful. Another helpful website for Prague is http://www.nacr.cz/english/conscriptions.aspx. It is for the residence permits for the City of Prague and is also indexed and searchable.

If they lived in the Prague

If they lived in the Prague area but not the City of Prague some of the records are available on http://actapublica.eu/.
