Please provide more details. Do you have approx. birth dates, names of their parents, marriage date, names of their children. The more info you can provide, the more likely that someone can help you.

There is a parish in Moravia called Valašské Klobouky which contains the villages of Cichov and Lipina.

Both of your surnames occur there…but without further info, it is difficult to assist you.
