Folk dress (kroje) is stunning, each segment more beautiful than the last. This exhibit will focus on the crowning glory: the headdress. Nearly 100 Slovak && Moravian headdresses will be on display. Hours of labor and generations of meaning, mystique, and creativity are infused in each unique piece of art.

Special events scheduled for Saturday, September 18: gallery tours, a presentation of the history and variety of headdresses in Bohemia, Moravia, and Slovakia by Helene Cincebeaux, and a parade of kroje.
