Description

I'm looking for the best websites for the Austro-Hungarian army (Slovak provinces) for years between 1895-1922. I know that both grandfather's served in the military and I know their home towns, but I don't know the best way to search for any records that might show their service.

Hi, Carol,  There are some resources you might want to check out in the CGSI Digital Library.  Type in Military in the keyword search and you will get a couple videos, audio files, articles in Naše rodina, etc.  That's going to give you some information to get you started.  If I remember correctly, the video gives you a couple websites to go to.  Good luck!
