Johan and Vaclav/James Major/Mayer/Meyer/Meier - Czechoslovakia/Svaty Kriz,

Is there anyone living in Svati Kriz in Western Bohemia who can help me with my search for any information regarding my Grandfather who we knew as as John Major who was born around 1890
I have not been able to find any evidence of his birth and don’t know if he had siblings
My father said that he thought that there was a brother named Vaclav and also a sister.
I hope to find more about my ancestors and hope that I will find some living descendants and relatives….

Born 1889 – 1890 in Czechoslovakia
Mother – Josephine Otis
Father – Josef Major (farmer)
Brother – Vaclav (later became a US Citizen)
He had a sister (name unknown)
Places they may have lived: Ujezd Svateho Krize, Svaty Kriz
Rokycanny
Pilzen

After leaving school he travelled to (Germany)? to learn to be a piano tuner
He travelled to Chicago where he lived and worked as a piano tuner for five or more years
He later travelled to Australia where he married and settled down
He married in Australia in 1922 at age 32 years (?) and died in 1958
