Liska, Ferdinand Paul-Birth Records?

I am looking for a birth record for Ferdinand Paul Fox who was born on May 18, 1886 in what was Male, Kovalovec, Hungary according to his USA Declaration of Intention I believe this town in now part of Slovakia. He immigrated to the United States in December 7, 1901. He resided in Buffalo, New York for a few years and then moved to Jacksonville, Florida. I do not know his parent names-they were not listed on his marriage or death certificate. I found Ferdinand Liska on the New York Passenger lists and it states that he arrived in New York on Dec 3, 1901, he was born about 1883 in Hungary; the departure was from Bremen on the vessel Breslau.
