Searching for Vlk Family..I NEED HELP PLEASE!!

I am looking for any information on Rose Vlk…she came over to the US in 1907 with a small child….Bertha…and her son James came in 1911. This is my Grandmas mother…in which she knows nothing about her or the family…Rose never spoke of it….Her 2 children were born in Czecholsolvocia….not by her husband John or Jan SHIRA…name is US was SIRA….My Grandmas Dad….He came over in 1905…. Rose was born in Czech..Pranah…or Prage…?11/13/1884 lived in Cierco Il….

I would love to find out if she had siblings and who her parents were….they never came to the US! My Grandma will be 90 ….and this is a gift for her….to find out who her Grandparents were….whom she never met or heard anything about. My Grandma is everything to me….I cant imagine my world without her!

PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN….I think this info would be on Roses birth records….but I dont know how to find them….. Thank you and GOD BLESS!!
