Merchant unity for Moravia and Silesia in Brno

I’m trying to find information about a merchant unity for Moravia and Silesia in Brno founded in 1891. I have what appears in translation to be a record of a confidential meeting held on April 4, 1904. The document mentions a company Jindrich Franck sons in Linz in upper Austria. There is mention of a competitive new Czech factory in Cologne also established manufacturing plant in Pardubice coffee substitutes. Ceske dealership in Bohemia and Moravia is mentioned along with a master Jan Kubelik. At the end of the document it is stated Secretary is E. Smidek, Vice President—J. Slezak & President—F. Stuna.

This document was in my Grandfather Frantisek Pavelka’s keepsakes. He immigrated from Moravia to Galveston,TX where he married my Grandmother & moved to Casper,WY USA. There he owned & operated Pavelka Grocery and Market.

I have found some information on Jindrich Franck sons however, that appears to be the business the Merchant Unity is working with to establish trades or similar. Any help locating information on the Merchant Unity i.e. members, associations, business partnerships etc. is most greatly appreciated.
