In 1981, with a copy of my grandmother's oldest half-sister's 1877 Krestni List in hand, I went to house 17 to ask if the current residents knew where the family had moved. It turned out their branch of the family was still there! My grandson and I visited again in 2013. It will take me a while to find the photos from these trips.
The web page http://www.wwjohnston.net/famhist/modrejovice-all.htm is my project to use all of the parish registers to reconstruct all the families of Modřejovice.
