My Grandmother's Heritage: Abbie Hubka's Cooking and Recipes

This book is a labor of love to honor and remember my grandmother Abbie. She was a wonderful cook who passed down to me a notebook full of her handwritten recipes. I have many fond memories of my grandmother’s Bohemian cooking. Her delicious meals and special treats were the highlight of every visit to her house. There are many scents that immediately evoke strong memories of sitting in her dining room for a holiday dinner, or opening a box of goodies I got in the mail from her. Should a time machine ever be built, I know where I will take my first time-travel trip...Grandma's kitchen, where wonderful smells and delicious food mean love.
