Janis Douglass
Janis Douglass was born and raised in Racine, Wisconsin. She holds a BA in anthropology and linguistics, has pursued graduate studies in Library Science, and has a law degree from the University of Minnesota. Janis has been doing genealogy research for more than 50 years. She was an early adopter of DNA in genealogy and has written and presented on a variety of genealogical topics. Since 2016 she has served as CGSI's Library Chair.
