Stepanka Korytova Magstadt
Stepanka Korytova-Magstadt, an educator and an interdisciplinary and international scholar, is the former director of the Center for the Study of Human Trafficking and Interpersonal Violence, and past director of Global Studies at semesteratsea.org. She specializes in international migration, international and global studies, social justice, and teaching introductory and upper-level courses in history. She teaches at Mount Mary University, Milwaukee, and teaches the Czech Language at University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee. She has written the book To Reap a Bountiful Harvest: Czech Immigration Beyond the Mississippi, 1850-1900, published by Rudi Publishing in Iowa City (1993).
