Can someone help with this first name

Hi, I found my GGFa’s first name written on my GGFa’s death record, but darn if I can read it, much less know what it is in Czech.

It looks like Tvinalau or Tvinelam or Tvinelau? It is handwritten. Does it resemble a Czech man’s name? He was born in Austria; his wife’s name is : Mary.

I meant that this name is that of my GG Grandfather; I found it on my GreatGrandfather’s death record.
